The only girl in the office with a decent level of fitness and I were having a conversation about which classes we go to at the gym.
‘I don’t do yoga. It’s too slow for me’ - she said.
I challenged her to try Power or Ashtanga yoga for once, explaining what it was, and leave the class without a sweat.
I’ve never met anyone leaving any of those classes sweat free (other than the instructor) so we’ll see how she gets on…
